Et yemekleri sunuyor ancak vegan seçenekleri de mevcut. Güveç, pide, dürüm, spagetti, humus ve mercimek köfte dahil vegan yapılabilen yemekler ve vegan yemeklerden oluşan vejetaryen bir menü sunuyor.

Talep üzerine taze pişmiş vegan pide de sunmaktadır. Personel vegan tercihleri konusunda bilgili.

Veganlardan Yorumlar:
Çok lezzetli ve harika servis. Kalkan'da vegan anlayışına sahip birkaç restorandan biri. Çoğu restoranın vejetaryen menüsü vardır ancak her yemekte peynir, tereyağı veya krema bulunur ve personel veganın ne anlama geldiğini anlamıyorlar. Rose'daki personel veganın ne anlama geldiğini tam olarak biliyordu ve güzel bir akşam yemeği sundu bize. Humuslu vegan ekmek, çiğ köfte (lezzetli!), Yağlı ıspanak ve patates gözleme ve vegan güveç vardı.

Lezzetli vegan yemekleri var. Gerçekten iyi bir restoran tatilde iki kez ziyaret ettik. Sahibi Yunus vegan yemekler konusunda çok bilgili ve benim için birkaç yemek hazırlamayı teklif etti. Çok arkadaş canlısı. Babası tesiste ekmek pişiriyor ve humusumla birlikte bana taze pide (süt ürünleri olmadan) yaptı. Size meze olarak taze dipler ve pide getiriyorlar, mutfaklarındaki hangi yemeklerin vegan dostu olduğu konusunda sizi bilgilendiriyorlar.

Çok lezzetli bir sebze güveç vardı. Gereksiz talepleri olan vegan muamelesi görmeden dışarıda yemek yemek gerçekten güzel :) Çok cana yakın ve yardımsever. Kalkan'ı tekrar ziyaret edersek kesinlikle döneceğiz. Fiyatları da makul.

Et yemekleri sunuyor ancak vegan seçenekleri de mevcut. Menüsü yenilikçi füzyon bir mutfak, rahatlayabileceğiniz güzel bir ortamda servis ediliyor. Vejetaryen veya vegan yemeklerin hem sağlıklı hem de doyurucu olabileceğini gösterecek düzeyde basmakalıp inanışları çürütebilecek bir mutfağı var. Mümkün olduğunca yerel ve mevsimlik ürünler kullanarak nefis yemekler sunuyorlar. Smoothies de sunuyorlar. Çeşitli ev tekstili, sıra dışı aksesuarlar ve mobilyaları var.

Kalkan'dayken vegan seçenekleri için güvenebileceğimiz bir yer olmasına çok sevindim çünkü haşlanmış sebzeler ve gözleme yemek çok sıkıcı oluyordu ancak The Junction.daha iyi olabilirdi. İlk ziyaretimizde vegan burgeri ile tamamen hayal kırıklığına uğradık, tatsızdı ve küçük ve acı biberle dolu Meksika börekleri, ancak bir kez daha denemeye karar verdik.
Bir sefer salata, samosa, falafel tabağı ve sebzeli wok yedik. Bu seçenekler çok daha iyiydi. Salata oldukça küçüktü, samosa bizim favorimizdi ve wok ve falafel tabakları iyiydi. Burger ve burger tarifinin kendisi için çöreklerini geliştirmelerini öneririm. Ayrıca, herhangi bir ek malzeme isterseniz astronomik bir fiyat çıkıyor. Ayrıca tortilla cipsi ve burrito ile ev yapımı salsa veya guacamole öneririm. Tofu wok ile birlikte dahil edebilseler harika olurdu, ancak bunun Türkiye'de temini zor olabilir, bu yüzden belki sadece edamame fasulyesi? Takılmak ve benzer fikirlere sahip insanlarla tanışmak için harika bir yer.

Özellikle vegan dondurma için burada birkaç kez durduk! Yaklaşık 5 çeşit dondurma istedim. Böğürtlen, ahududu, kivi, çilek ve kavun. Çok Lezzetli!
Ayrıca smoothie ve diğer içecekleri de yapıyorlar. Limanın hemen yukarısında güzel bir yer.

The town centre is the most authentic part of Kalkan, where majority of restaurants, wine bars and the scenic harbour of Kalkan are located. Bоаt trірѕ is popular in Kalkan. It is a combination of learning and entertaining. Different types on boats are accessible for daily use by renting them. Or if you want to have a long journey or go for a full-blown seven daуs trip, they are still available. It is up to you to make the best chose for the boat ride but in both case the experience is remarkable. If you are a person who like hiking, walking through the Lусіаn Way would bring you a good vibe. It is mostly chosen by active holidaymakers. There are a lot of historical places and ancient sites along with the coastline.

Diving and watersports and the other source of entertainment. There are plenty of beach clubs in Kalkan bay where you can fresh up yourself. PADI diving club/school, a variety of watersports including waterskiing and jet skiing are available in Kalkan bay. Along with that, there are Variety of premium quality food selections available considering all possible preferences, and made carefully with fresh local products. All restaurants in Kalkan can provide you unique and delicious menus. You may have a hard time choosing between them. 

Places to Visit in Kalkan

Turkey’s first ancient civilisations like Kekova, patara, and Xanthos are major places to visit in Kalkan. Kalkan is also endowed with beaches which are the best in Turkey that includes Kaputas, Patara, Kas beach, and Kalkan beach.

Even though it still experiences excavation, Patara is one of the most remarkable historical places to visit. There’s a big theatre and a recently renovated parliament building. There is also an impressive Roman bath available for tourists. We advise everyone no to forget visiting the spectacular 11-mile long Patara beach.

Xanthos is another ancient place to visit in Kalkan. Xanthos believed to be emerged back to the 4th century BC. It was the center of another oldest place Lycia and it was also the place where Nereid tomb monument were found, currently placed at the British museum. In a few miles far from Letoon, similar historical place, you can find the temples of Leto and her two children Apollo and Artemis.

Kayaköy is an abandoned village after the swap of population between Turkey and Greek in 1923. After the exchange the area became a ghost village. The village were left with hundreds of deserted, Greek-style houses and Greek orthodox churches. It’s a 90-minute trip worth making. The city of Tlos is located around a fortified hilltop in the foothills of the Taurus Mountains. It is one of the cities in Lycia. Most of part of the city has been Wipeout now, but you can still see the remains of the acropolis, fortress, cave tombs and a Roman stadium. The historic city of Myra is another important place to visit in Kalkan. Currently this place has a large Roman amphitheatre and Lycian rock tombs cut into the cliff face. In few miles away from Myra, there is Basilica of St Nicholas and you might want to give it a try. The stunning location high in the cedar forests adds another dimension to the well-excavated Lycian site of Arycanda, built into the mountainside on five terraces. It’s home to the largest bath complex in Lycia, as well as two necropolises, a stadium and an amphitheatre. 

Kaputas Beach is another important part of Kalkan to visit. With money plant species including endangered ones Kaputas Beach is a perfect spot to relax and entertain of at the offshore of the sea. The beautiful Patara Beach is also one of the best beaches in Turkey.
